1. Check if the external antenna is loose or broken.
2. Is the camera too far from the NVR or too many obstacles? Place camera near to the NVR to observe the signal value.
3. If the signal placed on the side is relatively poor, you need to open the camera to see if the antenna clip on the camera module is loose or dropped.
